A-23 motorway: Lanave-Jabarrella reservoir and Jabarrella-Sabiñánigo Sur sections
SERS takes part in the technical assistance to the site management of the works on the A-23 motorway, on the Lanave–Jabarrella reservoir and Jabarrella reservoir–Sabiñánigo Sur sections, in the province of Huesca, giving continuity to the development of this high-capacity axis.
The works under control and supervision have a construction budget of more than 80 million euros and an initially estimated construction period of 59 months. The assistance covers comprehensive technical monitoring of the works, checking that they comply with the design and controlling programming, measurements, quality of materials and work units, setting out and geometric control.
The work also includes specialist support to the site management in structures, drainage, pavements, geology and geotechnics, affected services, land acquisition, environment, health and safety and road safety, as well as the management and interpretation of control and verification tests and the monitoring of any incidents arising during construction.
The assistance runs throughout the construction process, including the financial and programme monitoring of the works, the preparation of modified designs or complementary works where needed, the control of the documentation produced and, once the works are finished, the general measurement, final certification and preparation of the as-built documents, together with the paperwork required for handover and entry into service.
