Technical assistance for the inspection of the first-investment works on itineraries 03, 05 and 11 (Extraordinary Plan)

SERS provides technical assistance to the inspection of the first-investment works on itineraries 03, 05 and 11 of the 2020-2025 Extraordinary Roads Plan for the Aragonese regional network, supporting the General Inspectorate while the works included in the corresponding concessions are carried out.

The work covers the monitoring and control of construction, checking that it complies with the detailed designs, work programmes and established procedures. The main duties include supervising the quality assurance plan, controlling materials and construction processes, reviewing the inspection point programmes and overseeing acceptance and execution tests and controls.

The assistance also covers the monitoring of the environmental surveillance plan, the checking of measurements and valuations of the work units actually carried out, the direction and supervision of laboratory and control tests, and the preparation of regular reports on progress, compliance with the programme and the development of the works.

The contract has an initial duration of 34 months, tied in any case to the actual progress of the first-investment works.
