Land acquisition for the duplication of the A-127 road between kp 0 and kp 38

SERS manages the land acquisition procedures linked to the project to duplicate the A-127 road between Gallur and Ejea de los Caballeros, a scheme included in the Extraordinary Investment Plan for the Aragonese regional road network. The project covers the stretch between kp 0+000 and kp 38+000 of this road.

The work covers the full management of the expropriation files, from checking and updating the land register and the affected property and rights through to making the land needed for the works available. This involves field and office work, verification of ownership, preparation of documents, support in drawing up the records and valuation of the property and rights included in each file.

The assistance also covers the later stages of negotiation and determination of fair value, support in the proceedings before the Provincial Expropriation Board where necessary, preparation of the payment files and the final update of the land register and cadastral documents. The work also includes a monitoring system that makes it possible to know the status of every file at any time.
