Management of the compulsory purchase procedures of the Agricultural Resources, Roads and Infrastructure Service for 2025-2027

SERS provides technical assistance to Zaragoza Provincial Council in managing the compulsory purchase procedures linked mainly to the improvement, maintenance and repair works on the provincial road network over the 2025-2027 period.

The work covers the identification and valuation of the affected property and rights, the verification of ownership and registered rights, the preparation of studies and individual valuation sheets, and the computer processing of all the information produced during the files.

The assistance also includes technical support for drawing up the records prior to occupation, the preparation of the documents needed to make the land available and the subsequent determination of fair value, as well as the preparation and updating of land plans and the graphic documentation associated with each scheme.

The contract also covers the preparation of complementary technical reports and support in resolving objections, appeals and other proceedings arising from the expropriation procedure, giving the authority the technical support it needs at every stage.
